An order is typically processed within minutes of being placed. It’s important to carefully review your order as it cannot be changed, cancelled or returned.

Should you need to cancel an order, contact the Caleffi Marketing Department at (414) 238-2360 immediately. If your order has not been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

No, there is not an option to flag as urgent.

If you have not received your order or a status update about your order within 10 business days, please email marketingadmin@caleffi.com or call (414) 238-2360 with your order number and request a status check. You will receive a reply regarding your request within one business day.

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. You can view your order status and tracking information from your Order History. Simply click the My Profile dropdown in the upper right corner of your screen and select Order History. You will see a list of all your orders along with an order status (In Process or Completed). Click a specific order to view additional information, including shipping tracking.

No, you cannot order with a future delivery date. Orders are processed in the time received.

Within your Order History you may select your order and change its order name.

Yes. The option to ship to multiple locations will be displayed during the checkout process. If you choose to checkout with multiple addresses, you may specify which address to use for each line item in the Shipping step. Shipping cannot be split within an order line item. 

Yes, FedEx express saver, 2nd day and standard overnight is available. 

After you place your order, you will be directed to an order summary outlining the information of your order. You can also track your order online and find out where your piece is in the process. Your order is typically shipped within 3-5 business days.

Time Savers

Yes, reordering is simple and quick. Click the My Profile dropdown in the upper right corner of your screen and select Order History. You will see a list of all your previous orders. Select the order number you would like to reorder. The order summary will give you the ability to reorder the entire order or reorder individual items from the order. (You can also label your orders in Order History to make searching easy.)
